Site Foreperson / Site Manager

Site Foreperson / Site Manager Labourhire

Site Foreperson/ Site manager required for work on 2 residential sites located in Ashbourne Co. Meath and Lucan Co. Dublin.

We require 2 foreperson / site managers with one person appointed to manage each site.

The ideal candidates will (among other things):

-have a minimum of 3 years previous site manager/ foreman experience for the main contractor ideally on residential site projects.
-have a trade background, ideally a carpentry background.
-have a valid safe pass ticket.
-have good people management skills.
-have excellent knowledge of current site health and safety regulations.
-have an excellent knowledge of Irish building regulations.
-be well organised and computer literate.
-be enthusiastic, energetic, a self starter and passionate about your work with a can do attitude.
-have good attention to detail skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work on a site with a small number of residential units.

Having a teleporter ticket is an advantage but not essential.

The ideal candidate will be for the most part required to manage and run the site on a day to day basis.
